Work 40 hours a week, then Sandbag until I can’t raise my arms…

Sure am glad I’m back home to help out with this current flood situation.Β  Won’t be much of a summer of training and racing, but sometimes you just have to put things into perspective sometimes, and that’s totally ok, it will give me time to get my arms stronger for the swim! πŸ™‚

after sandbagging you should just swim in the river. Nothing will prepare you for open water more than swimming in a flood. Seriously though, keep that kayak near you at all times.
