P365 for Wednesday: Runner’s High!

What a fitting name and great tea to be drinking in Colorado!

I do a P365 (Project 365) everyday for a whole year!  The pictures are usually outdoor/endurance sports related.  But I like to mix it up, I’ve always liked the phrase variety is the spice of life!

Wednesday’s P365 is “Runner’s High” Tea, from Steep Me a Cup of Tea back in my hometown of Bismarck, North Dakota.  They carry some really quality stuff, and this kind is some of their best they carry!  Very rich in antioxidants (us endurance athletes know, or should know how important it is to get adequate amounts of antioxidants in on a regular basis), and also a very comparable amount of caffeine to an average cup of coffee.

There’s not many things better than going for a morning run and then coming home to this tea to get you going for the day!

Check out all the ingredients that goes into it!  Chocolate Chips even, you would never know it!  (But seriously, how can you go wrong with Chocolate Chips?!)

I will remain a loyal customer to Steep Me a Cup of Tea through trips back home and their soon to be online ordering process!
