USGP New Belgium Cyclocross Cup: This Saturday and Sunday!!
This weekend should be very promising for bike racing; with the best in the nation coming out to get muddy and ride bikes fast! And I think the Cyclocross Gods are bringing some “good” weather this weekend, good for Cross, that is!
Here is the weekend weather forecast:
The second weekend of the USGP of Cyclocross returns to Fort Collins, CO after a wildy successful debut in 2010. Fort Collins is home to a number of cyclocross standouts – including Georgia Gould, Meredith Miller and up and coming junior Skyler Trujillo – so the competition for hometown domination will continue to be intense!
The course will feature a deceptively tough course – featuring a VERY nifty flyover, native grasses that require power, terrain and elevation changes, dirt and pavement – all given the Fina treatment for something extra special.
The course is located at:
The Drake Center
802 West Drake Road
Fort Collins, CO 80526

I’ll be there with a camera and a cowbell if I can get my hands on one! Should be a GREAT weekend!!
Come on over and say hi if you see me, I’ll take your pic if your muddy enough from racing! 🙂
