Test Bike on Peak to Peak Highway

So tomorrow the weather is going to be absolutely gorgeous out! Seriously…

(Remember this is the weather at 9,000 feet)

Monday's Weather!

So my off days from work are on Sunday and Mondays. That means tomorrow I will be waking up with the sun and getting in a short run to shake the legs out, then heading to Estes Park (7522 ft) to start my ride. Except my road ride won’t be with my typical Trek Madone. Tomorrow I’ll be testing out a 2012 Specialized Roubaix on my ride. The Roubaix is named after the Pari-Roubaix in France, where they race miles and miles over cobblestone, the toughest riding on the planet! The Roubaix has the geometry and technology for the smoothest ride out there. I’ll be doing a review after my sweet ride on this puppy…

Tomorrow’s ride will be on one of, if not thee most beautiful highway in the United States, The Peak to Peak Highway.

(To Nederland and back, 85 mile round trip)

Check back later tomorrow for some great post ride pics and a full review on how smooth the ride went! 🙂
